BAE Systems Digital Intelligence is looking for an Agile Coach to join our team in Gloucester. The role supports teams in adopting and scaling Agile practices, providing coaching, mentorship, and facilitating collaboration across our high‑profile National Security projects.

About the role
We are looking for a passionate Agile Coach who can guide teams and organisations to adopt an Agile mindset. The role ranges from junior to mid‑level and involves coaching, mentoring and enabling teams to deliver value in complex environments.
What You Could Be Doing For Us
* Help individuals, teams and the wider organisation understand how to implement, adopt and embrace an Agile mindset.
* Coach teams and organisations to adopt Agile ways of working and embody the Agile mindset beyond just following Scrum.
* Ensure teams and organisations understand and adhere to Agile theory and practices, facilitating stakeholder collaboration and removing barriers.
* Accountable for team effectiveness: promoting self‑organisation, removing impediments and facilitating ceremonies.
* Support healthy team dynamics by creating psychologically safe environments.
* Use emotional intelligence and soft skills to uncover and explore issues impacting business value delivery.
* Navigate complexity and operate across various Agile capacities, including Scrum Master, Kanban facilitator and Scaled Agile frameworks.
* Act as a change agent, community builder, and leader, attending conferences and local meet‑ups to grow the Agile community.
About You
* Experience coaching at least one team not directly managed by you.
* Led and coached a department or small business‑unit in Agile adoption and implementation.
* Facilitated the wider Agile/Scrum community within your organisation.
* Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and mentoring using various Scrum/Agile techniques.
* Experience or understanding of Agile scaling frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, and Nexus.
