Description and Requirements
The Consumer Account Manager is responsible for the development and management of Consumer Telco and Retail partners across the UK & Ireland.
They are proficient in planning and executing effective relationship strategies and developing long-term business relationships with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.
Identifies and prioritizes Lenovo opportunities and develops lasting agreements and commitments.
Lenovo seeks a Consumer Account Manager who will continue to drive growth and acquire new business across current and new partners utilizing the PC and Tablet portfolio.
Position Responsibilities
* Deliver Lenovo goals across key metrics (Revenue / Margin / Market Share growth)
* Build & execute in-house and customer "Joint Business Plans" supporting key metrics
* Train key customers, providing sales tools, messaging, guidance, and market insights
* Conduct RTM analyses, review Lenovo in-house shares within all retailers, create action plans, and execute to drive opportunity and growth
* Work with UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up and pricing propositions by customer
* Manage Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis
* Establish the brand as recognized and esteemed in the UK & Ireland market
* Identify and secure new retailer partners within the UK & Ireland market
* Develop B2B sales channels within UKI operator markets, driving Lenovo commercial opportunities
* Build relationships and negotiate with key decision makers across multiple verticals
* Manage multiple consumer channels and propositions to minimize conflict
Position Requirements
* 3-5 years’ experience in IT Industry and Sales
* Self-motivated and proactive mentality
* Commercial understanding of the UK Telecoms market, Operators, and MVNOs
* Requires travel
