What We’re Looking For
We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.
What You Are Responsible For
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team and oversee all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe.
* Prioritize safety for yourself, your team, and customers, in line with bp policies and procedures.
* Ensure legal and safety compliance across all store operations (food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations).
* Deliver excellent customer service by getting the basics right, listening to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
* Support team management, including engagement, development, training, recruitment, and other HR tasks.
