Stock and Purchasing Controller/Administrator My client is a well-established and leading organisation within the Manufacturing industry, who deliver engineered components across the UK and Ireland. Based in Ballymena, they are currently seeking a Stock and Purchasing Controller/Administrator to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7am - 5pm. With a salary of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Essential Criteria: Experience working in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment Demonstrable Stock Control experience - to include counts, monthly analysis, reporting, dispatching Experience of purchasing raw materials and consumables IT Proficient with the use of Sage 200 (POP, BOMS and Reports), Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel (demonstrable experience of Vlookup, Pivot Tables) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Main Duties and Responsibilities: Weekly purchase requirement analysis and reporting per department Supplier purchase order processing, follow-up and reporting to production manager Ensuring all raw materials are ordered and delivered to the factory in line with production schedules to meet customer deadlines Arranging supplier collections using hauliers Stock control including stock counts, spot checks, monthly stock takes and analysis and reporting Ordering of consumables and bulk stock items for factory using Kanban and internal order forms Weekly analysis and update of department production schedules (live sheets) Skills: Stock Controller Purchasing Ballymena Permanent
