Key Responsibilities:
As Reception Manager, you will:
Oversee daily reception operations and service standards
Train, coach and motivate the reception team
Manage the reservations system and ensure booking accuracy
Control departmental budgets and labour costs
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
Ensure health & safety compliance and carry out risk assessments
Manage room allocations, upgrades and VIP arrivals
What we're looking for:
To be successful as a Reception Manager, you'll need:
Previous supervisory or head reception experience in a hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and commercial awareness
Opera system experience (essential)
