We're looking for a capable, organised Office & Operations Manager to keep our internal administration and compliance running smoothly.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role based in our Tattyreagh head office, with occasional yard and site visits as required.
You will be responsible for keeping documentation accurate, supporting financial administration, and ensuring compliance processes are handled correctly across our construction and waste divisions.
You'll work closely with management and operational teams and will be trusted to take ownership of your responsibilities.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations
* Process and maintain waste transfer notes and environmental documentation
* Support invoicing, receipts and purchase order tracking
* Maintain accurate customer and supplier records
* Coordinate communication between yard teams, site managers and suppliers
* Ensure regulatory, health and safety and insurances documentation is completed accurately and on time
* Maintain organised filing and administrative systems
What We're Looking For
*Essential:*
* Experience in office management or operational administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a practical, fast-moving environment
* Confident communicating with site teams, suppliers and customers
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Desirable:*
* Experience in construction, waste management or industrial sectors
* Familiarity with compliance documentation
* Experience supporting financial processes

What We Offer
* Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (pro-rata for part-time) depending on experience
