The Role
Develops a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of inquiries. Works in a fast-paced environment to address customer issues submitted via telephone and email.
Your key responsibilities
* Answers inquiries via telephone or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience.
* Accurately records and logs interaction with our trade customers and updates account information.
* Receiving and process incoming orders to high level of accuracy.
* Monthly sales replenishment calls.
* Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction.
* Good knowledgeable understanding of products, ongoing support to agents and our customers.
* Works with both UK & EU agents understanding needs and providing support.
* Communication with warehouses in both UK & EU, placing orders & queries.
* Key company records to be maintained and updated when required for our products.
