Are you a passionate and committed Science Teacher looking for a permanent position starting in the next academic year? Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wimborne, and we are currently seeking a full-time Science Teacher to join the school on a permanent basis from September 2025.
About the Role:

* Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with KS5 a possibility depending on experience and subject specialism).
* Encourage a passion for Science, promoting independent thought and scientific curiosity.
* Plan and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of a diverse and ambitious student cohort.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, aligned with the school’s strong values.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely, constructive feedback.
* Engage in whole-school initiatives and contribute to departmental planning and development.

What We're Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
* Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, with the ability to teach up to GCSE.
* A passion for teaching and making Science accessible, relevant, and engaging.
* Strong classroom management and effective communication skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
