As a Team Leader within the Environment & Design Group, you will champion the heritage assets of Leeds, leading on heritage, landscaping, and biodiversity issues. You will manage a team of professionals with expertise in these areas, with a particular focus on heritage.

About You
* Management experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Deep knowledge of planning decision frameworks and heritage asset policies.
* Ability to analyze and present complex information creatively and innovatively.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, including elected officials, developers, communities, and media.
* Leadership skills to coach and mentor employees at various career levels.
About The Role
You will apply your heritage and planning expertise to lead projects, coordinate with other professionals, and represent planning services. You will manage a small team within a broader group of consultees, leading, innovating, and advocating for the built and natural environment.
