This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils achieve their full potential.The school has a strong and supportive leadership team and prides itself on maintaining a positive learning environment where staff are valued and supported.The RoleAs a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum while creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge pupils Creating a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching where necessary Supporting pupils with different learning abilities and needs Managing classroom behaviour effectively Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues to support pupil developmentThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has recent experience teaching in a primary school setting Has a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills Is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about teaching Has strong communication and teamwork skillsWhy Work with Aspire People?
