The Role Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the Electrical Installation curriculum (Level 3 and below) Take ownership of designing and equipping new workshops, ensuring industry relevance and excellence Build the course profile, reputation, and student engagement from the ground up Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to learners Contribute to long-term strategic growth within the department Requirements Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent) Teaching qualification (or working towards) Proven teaching experience in Electrical Installation Strong industry background and up-to-date sector knowledge Passion for curriculum innovation and learner success Why Apply?
