Position Overview Omni Subsea/ Granite Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Buyer & Expeditor to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The role is full time and based at the client's facility in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. This is a dynamic and varied role within a fast-paced global operations environment. The successful candidate will provide proactive support to the Operations Manager and Engineering team in the day-to-day coordination of both new and existing projects. The role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, involving procurement, project coordination, supplier management, and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Remote Intervention and Key Responsibilities * Support the Operations and Engineering teams in managing ongoing and new projects. * Manage procurement activities, including creating and issuing 3rd party RFQs. * Track and expedite purchase orders daily to ensure on-time delivery. * Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier delays or non-conformance. * Maintain and develop supplier relationships while sourcing new vendors when required. * Ensure accuracy and upkeep of Purchase Order Registers and Project Trackers. * Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring associated certification is received and filed. * Review and improve internal purchasing processes where appropriate. * Resolve supplier and order-related issues ...
