Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Raise sales invoices and support the wider billing process.
* Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and orders in a calm, professional, and friendly manner.
* Collect quarterly meter readings to support accurate billing.
* Maintain and update the active customer database.
* Coordinate meter billing and invoicing cycles.
* Carry out first-stage debt chasing and liaise with customers regarding outstanding payments.
* Log purchase invoices and match them against deliveries.
* Provide additional support to the Finance Officer during busy periods.
