6. Support the delivery and execution of Circet’s HSEQT strategy.
7. Collaborate with the HSEQT Manager to develop and implement KPIs, targets, and continuous improvement plans.
8. Monitor and approve all site activities—including employee and subcontractor performance.
9. Facilitate internal training sessions (, inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings).
10. Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring root causes are addressed and corrective measures implemented.
11. Drive best practice across the business, supporting cultural change as Circet continues to expand.
What You’ll Bring:
12. NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
13. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
14. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly across UK sites
15. Substantial experience in a civil engineering or telecommunications environment
16. Strong working knowledge of HSEQ legal compliance and operational risk
17. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
