Job Title: B2B Events and Marketing Manager
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Workplace: Hybrid - 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office

Overview of Role
We are seeking a dynamic a B2B Events & Marketing Manager for our EMEA B2B Marketing team. You'll enhance partner relationships and grow our reputation through large-scale owned events, while driving brand awareness and demand. You'll collaborate with various teams and manage complex projects. This role requires quick adaptation and impactful results.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute Commerce marketing plans for UK/EMEA, aligning with global strategy and regional needs.
* Flawlessly manage the BHN owned events to meet EMEA business goals
* Design and execute integrated cross-channel B2B demand generation marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, thought leadership and deliver strong ROI.
* Engage proactively with various teams to create integrated marketing plans and leverage global strategies.
* Manage external agencies to ensure maximum ROI from outsourced spend.
* Track and optimise campaign success based on insights and success metrics.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
* You must have experience managing complex large scale owned / hosted B2B events and be able to demonstrate excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
* Proven experience in B2B demand generation marketing
* Strong background in B2B inbound marketing, including thought leadership, web and content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM
* Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse organisations, management levels, and personalities; experience with marketing technology stacks is an advantage.
* Proven record of supporting sales to meet/exceed pipeline and revenue targets and being an analytically driven decision maker.
