This is an exciting role for a Property Manager. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties, working closely to handle both tenant and landlord enquiries. The position would suit either an already established Property Manager or Lettings Consultant, that’s looking for a new challenge or a passionate and ambitious individual with client facing customer service skills that’s looking for a step up.
Main Duties Include :
* Manage a portfolio of properties.
* Handle tenant and landlord enquiries.
* Processing tenant applications from viewings to property move-in.
* Ensure legal compliance for your property portfolio.
* Handle property routine & planned maintenance to completion.
* Processing of property invoices.
* Organise routine property visits.
* Manage the end of tenancy routine.
* Proactive relationship building with clients.
* Gain referrals and testimonials.
* Gather feedback and improve service.
* Managing portfolio retention.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience in a client facing customer service or admin role.
* Letting agent experience is beneficial, but not essential.
* Target driven with an understanding of sales KPIs.
* Ambitious and passionate about career progression.
* Confident and friendly communication style.
* Eagerness to learn new skills and be coached by senior members of the team.
* Handle challenging situations with confidence.
* Can do attitude where you come with solutions NOT problems.
* Desire to be the best that you can be and deliver first class customer service.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
* Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
