B2B Telemarketer - Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
* Starting Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 DOE (Plus Commission)

* Both Full Time & Part Time positions available

The remuneration for this role is both a paid salary, and the opportunity to earn a significant monthly bonus of £500+ each month.
About the Telemarketing Role
As a professional B2B Telemarketer, you shall be responsible for working closely with our clients in developing their sales pipeline, building their databases with qualified contacts and contact information and ultimately engaging prospects in peer-to-peer conversations, with open dialogue to generate high-quality sales appointments and leads.
Opportunities to Progress
The opportunities to progress your career within The Lead Gen Specialists are in your hands! We’re continually on the lookout for bright talent to continue taking our business forward. This can be in the form of either Account Management (£40k+ per annum & 12 months internal experience) where you shall be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and obtaining the best from your own Telemarketing team. In addition, working closely with a range of client campaigns that you shall be responsible for taking the brief, implementing, and managing daily. Alternatively, Business Development (£50k+ per annum & 18 months internal experience) where you shall be responsible for working with prospective clients’ to understand their growth objectives, and win their business against the competition.
