Junior Pre-Construction Manager – Location: Central London – Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
A growing Design & Build contractor operating across London is looking to appoint a Junior Pre-Construction Manager to join its expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within pre-construction, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
* Supporting tender preparation and documentation
* Assisting with design coordination and consultant communication
* Reviewing drawings and technical information
* Supporting programme development and construction planning
* Assisting with procurement and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
* Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination or pre-construction
* Background working for a contractor or consultancy
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Desire to build a long-term career within pre-construction
