St Peter’s Bratton Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and passionate EYFS Phase leader. You will be a strong practitioner who is keen to lead and continue your career making a difference to the school’s journey of improvement and ensuring the best possible start is given to our children. You will be part of a thriving community and be prepared to go the extra mile for our pupils to succeed. You will be hardworking and always prioritise the children's interests and progress.

We are looking for someone who:
·Has proven excellent classroom practice in EYFS (at least 4 years experience)
·Has a commitment to the promotion of high standards in teaching and learning
·Has a clear understanding of the curriculum and EYFS Framework
·Has an ability to lead, inspire and motivate pupils, staff and the wider community
·Has any special talents or abilities to contribute to whole school development
·Recognises and values the diverse social and cultural needs of our children and community.
·Wants to be part of an aspirational, supportive and hardworking team
