About the role:
We are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner ready to step into a high‑visibility, high‑impact, truly global role within our Ostomy Care Business Unit.
As a strategic co‑pilot to our business leaders, you will drive commercial performance across global markets (EMEA, UK, US, Middle East & Africa, Asia, LATAM). You will bring clarity, challenge, and direction—translating complex financial insights into actions that accelerate growth.
You will be the face of Finance for the Ostomy Care BU, partnering closely with global stakeholders and connecting them to our Finance teams across Convatec Business Services, CBS, (in Lisbon, Bogotá, Malaysia). While you will not have line-management responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in guiding business decisions and advocating for our Finance Service Delivery Model.
You will also act as a senior leader within Finance, strengthening the commercial capabilities of our FP&A teams and helping build an insight‑driven, value‑adding finance function.
You will report to the Vice President, Finance – Ostomy Care.
We’re looking for a proactive, influential, commercially-minded leader who thrives in a matrix environment, enjoys challenging the status quo, and has the confidence to partner with senior leaders to shape strategy—not just report on it.

8. Test and challenge business assumptions, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust commercial thinking.
9. Identify new revenue opportunities or risk exposures by connecting financial trends with business realities.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
10. Act as the connecting point between the BU and Finance, ensuring stakeholders access the right expertise across CBS and the wider Finance community.
11. Drive knowledge-sharing across Finance, especially supporting the commercial capability building of CBS FP&A teams.
12. Build strong internal networks and act as a trusted advisor recognized for both commercial acumen and constructive challenge.
