Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer you will install, service, and repair purified chilled, still, sparkling, and boiling drinking water systems across a variety of business premises throughout the UK. You will prioritise a diverse workload alongside peers and the planning team to ensure all tasks are completed within service level expectations and with maximum efficiency. You must ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and relevant company procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge within the water vending industry is highly desirable.
* Skills and experience with water cooling systems, carbonators, boilers, and filtration systems.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to fault‑finding.
* Background or qualification in plumbing or water vending is desirable but not essential; full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
* Experience working in a customer‑facing or field‑based service environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Competent in using basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Self‑motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a small team, consistently achieving strong results and demonstrating commitment to continuous development.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
* Able to thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced, field‑based environment while consistently delivering world‑class service.
