Closing date for applications: 18th June 2025 The Performance Analyst will play a vital role within the Group Indirect Procurement function, supporting the identification and validation of opportunities to deliver benefits and value back to Belron and its BUs, and also to track and report the function’s performance. The person fulfilling this role will be known as the Indirect Procurement analytics expert and someone who can be relied upon to provide both internal and external data and insights to support and inform the team’s strategic agenda. They will ensure the Indirect spend data is accurate and readily available and will provide deep and detailed analysis of data and insights across all Indirect Procurement categories, enabling strategies to be developed and informed decisions to be made. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Collecting, cleansing and enriching large amounts of procurement data to create business value from more timely, accurate and actionable insights Supporting key members of the Group Indirect Procurement team to develop the Indirects’ strategic agenda with robust and insightful data analytics, measuring and reporting supplier performance, and analysing market data to inform RFX and SRM activities RFP analysis including benchmarking, full rate recalculation, effort analysis, gross margin analysis Supplying Global Category Leads with insights and data to inform and develop their category strategies Supporting the Transformation and Procurement Lead to develop a key suite of monthly KPIs for all areas of Indirect reporting including TCO benefits, cost savings, cost avoidance and supplier performance KPI analysis and reporting (including monthly FFG cycle) Quality management of spend analytics tool (currently Simfoni) to drive accuracy and completeness of spend and classification Maintaining a strong understanding of global political and economic trends and current affairs, and providing timely updates to appropriate members of Group Indirect Procurement and other stakeholders Analysing and interpreting market trends, competitive landscape and external factors impacting the industry and/or relevant categories Identification of global, regional and/or BU sourcing opportunities through spend and category analysis Supporting the preparing of presentations, business cases and reporting, as required System set-up (Oracle Fusion) of centrally managed procurement catalogues Key Performance Outcomes Delivery of a pro-active, professional, accurate and highly commercial service, responsive to the needs of clients and operational service delivery High level of accuracy of Indirects’ spend data Agreed KPIs and performance metrics in place, tracked and reported in a timely fashion Provision and presentation of meaningful insights and data to support Indirect Procurement’s objectives and activity Experience 5 years’ experience in an analytical, procurement support or sourcing role Experience in working with cross-cultural / cross-border teams Skills & Competencies Exceptional communication skills Excellent data analysis skills and experience Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and a good working knowledge of data structures. Ability to present and explain data and insights in a clear, concise and compelling manner Demonstrates a strong aptitude for analysing and interpreting market trends, competitive landscape and external factors impacting the industry and/or relevant categories Ability to operate and deliver results independently, and to set own agenda and priorities Able to work to and meet tight deadlines Committed to delivering with a high degree of accuracy Strong commercial understanding and passion for working collaboratively across business functions High degree of curiosity and strong analytical problem-solving skills Willingness to challenge current practice, seek alternative options and challenge convention. Location: The role may be based in any European location where Belron has a corporate office, providing you are willing to travel to Egham as required.
