Nova Education Trust is seeking a visionary Director of Maths to lead transformational improvement across our family of secondary academies.
In this high-impact role, you will be accountable for subject outcomes across multiple schools, working closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver high-quality teaching and strategic intervention. You'll mentor curriculum leaders, model outstanding practice, and lead Trust-wide initiatives that raise standards and inspire success. A key focus of the role will be designing intervention curricula that meet the needs of all learners-ensuring equity, ambition, and progress for every student.
