McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Evening Bank Care Assistant to join their team at Wayfarer Place estate in New Alresford.
Wayfarer Place is located in Alresford, a picturesque Georgian town, home to the Watercress Line steam railway. This development features 30 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom apartments, exclusively for those over 70.
Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below)
Hours: To be agreed with the Estate Manager

Duties include housekeeping, domestic support, assisting residents with appointments, transportation, escorting visits, and shopping. * You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with experience in care or support environments.
* You have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy teamwork in a busy setting.
* You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
* You are interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
