Core Skills Required (Must-Have) To be considered, you need a proven track record in: C# development in modern engineering environments SQL (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, relational database experience) API development & integration Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) Strong problem solving and engineering fundamentals Nice to have: Customer-facing experience or stakeholder engagement skills Nice to Have (But Not Essential) If you have these, great but you will learn them here regardless : Exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O X experience Azure technologies (Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, etc.) Modern integration patterns (microservices, event-driven, messaging) What Youll Be Doing Building high-quality backend services and integrations Developing APIs and modern cloud-based solutions Learning and becoming proficient in X / Dynamics 365 F&O Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions Collaborating within agile squads alongside architects, BAs and PMs Working with large retail clients undergoing major transformation efforts Working Pattern Initially: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote After probation: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (Office based in the Midlands) Whats In It for You?
