Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Support client relationship management and engagement activities.
* Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility.
* Assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions.
* PMO & Governance: Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools.
* Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation.
* Support governance processes across the project portfolio.
* Supply Chain Management: Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships.
* Monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps.
* Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director.
* Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
* Contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and commercially aware.
