Location: Canterbury (must have own transport due to location)
Salary: £26,624
Hours: Monday to Friday
The role:
We are looking for a General Operative to join our clients, growing production team near to Canterbury. This role involves heavy, and physically demanding manual work within a busy manufacturing environment.

Uniform providedKey responsibilities would be:
Measure, cut and prepare materials accurately using hand and power tools.
Assist in the production and assembly of components.
Carry out heavy manual handling of materials and finished products.
Follow technical instructions and production drawings.
Operate workshop equipment safely and effectively.
Load, unload and move materials across the site.
Carry out quality checks on completed work.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.Experience and skills required:
You must have your own transport due to location.
Experience in a hands-on, manual labour or production environment.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic.
