🔧 What You’ll Lead & Own
* Define and drive the company’s long‑term technology vision and architecture
* Write production-grade code daily (expectation: ~90% hands‑on)
* Lead engineering standards, system design, and technical decision‑making
* Own the product roadmap alongside the CEO and commercial team
* Oversee security, IAM, compliance, and infrastructure reliability
* Build institutional‑grade technology in a fast‑moving, low‑bureaucracy environment
🧠 What You Bring
* Track record building and shipping high‑performance, production systems
* Strong understanding of IAM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and security architecture
* Full‑stack capability with comfort contributing to any part of the platform
* Experience in trading technology, market data, or latency‑sensitive systems is a strong advantage
