Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Agent. The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting the Loyalty Club platform, and driving subscription growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting local business owners, delivering product demonstrations, responding to client inquiries, and providing on-the-ground support during onboarding. In this role, strong relationship-building and sales capabilities will be essential to achieving targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Field Service and Sales to meet targets and drive business adoption of Loyalty Club services
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with business partners and provide excellent support
* Experience in training clients or onboarding users to effectively utilize technology solutions and services
* Strong ability to work independently in the field, along with organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using technology or digital platforms for sales processes
* Familiarity with the retail or service industry is a plus
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
