Monotony will be a thing of the past as you work on a diverse range of matters under the umbrella of family law. Your days will vary from handling matters relating to divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; pre-nuptial agreements; financial disputes; custody agreements; and wills & trusts disputes.
You’ll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers while absorbing the wisdom of your team members, along with the firm’s wider private client offering and expert support staff.

To excel in this Family Solicitor role, you will ideally have:
* Between 1 and 2 years of experience as a Family Solicitor, Lawyer, or Legal Executive (CILEx).
In addition, the following is desirable:
* Experience handling matters relating to: divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation; matrimonial finance disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; cohabitation disputes; Children Act, etc.
* Knowledge of general family-related legislation and relevant case law.
