We are looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Manager to join a top removals firm in North West London. This is an amazing opportunity for a dedicated expert to oversee warehouse operations in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high levels of service in the removals sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations.
* Oversee the proper reception, storage, and dispatch of products.
* Supervise and support warehouse employees, offering training and direction as needed.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
* Implement and enforce health and safety policies, with frequent assessments.
* Plan and organise deliveries and collections to ensure that clients\' deadlines are met.
* Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
* Help to prepare reports and other administrative chores.
* Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and corporate policy.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably in the removals business.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
