We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Electrician to join the team to cover large scale, ground mount solar assets across Norfolk and just into Suffolk too.
This Solar Technician comes with a salary up to £40,000, with door to door pay and paid overtime too, including travel time.

Responsibilities and duties of the Solar Technician role
Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader you will:
1. Ensure the best performance of large-scale renewable energy assets
2. Perform operations and maintenance duties across the portfolio of solar and battery storage sites
3. Ensure adherence to all HSE requirements when completing your duties
4. Test both DC and AC systems, looking for faults and tracing issues
5. Conduct firmware updates and use computer systems to look for issues with the assets
6. Consistent inspection, maintenance and testing of the systems
7. Looking for trends and using data analysis to see if you can spot any common trends and suggest ways to improve operations as a result
