Based in the English Rivera, the IC Technical Lead will oversee outsourced Hardware design and Integration activities, including the development of custom ASIC’s and HD performance Network Cards
Key responsibilities will include planning, leading the definition, specification closure, design reviews, and verification of complex hardware systems, ensuring seamless integration into advanced photonics-based equipment platforms. This role demands strong technical direction, supplier management, and program/risk oversight in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
A good relevant Degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Electronics or related, along with:
* Good Team Leading and planning experience is essential for this position, other areas
* Strong experience in Electronics, RF, or IC related discipline
* Deep knowledge of high-speed ADC and DAC specifications for hardware control.
* Excellent communication skills
