Private Personal Assistant (Part-Time, 25 Hours) - Wimbledon
Salary: £35,-£40, FTE (Pro-rata: £23,-£26,)

My client, a retired businessman with a dynamic and multifaceted lifestyle, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Personal Assistant to provide part-time support across a broad range of personal, operational, and financial responsibilities. This role requires a proactive and discreet individual with a proven track record in high-level administrative support, ideally within a private or high-net-worth (HNW) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & IT Support
1. Act as the primary liaison between the client and IT service providers
2. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
3. Use Microsoft Tasks to manage and prioritise both business and personal to-dos
Financial & Trust Administration
4. Maintain and organise SharePoint files across multiple entities
5. Coordinate documentation for investments and trusts (e.g., QNUPS, offshore pensions, Investec portfolio)
6. Track investment performance and assist with monthly financial reviews
7. Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage fund transfers
8. Oversee direct debits, school fees, family maintenance, and personal payments
Property Administration
9. Liaise with agents and legal teams regarding the rental and sale of UK properties
10. Manage administrative tasks related to a Portuguese property and coordinate with overseas managers
Personal & Family Support
11. Manage inbox, calendar, and contact lists
12. Draft personal correspondence and transcribe dictation
13. Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings
14. Maintain spreadsheets for school reports, health records, and schedules
15. Keep secure records of passwords and online accounts
Events & Travel Management
16. Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and transfers
17. Plan and manage personal events, including the annual Christmas party and school visits
Candidate Profile
18. Extensive experience in a PA or administrative role, preferably supporting a private individual or HNW client
19. Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Tasks
21. Familiarity with SharePoint and document management systems
22. Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
