Working with FTSE 100 clients, as Project/Events Manager your role will be to organise client workshops and events both across the UK and globally that deliver a great experience with lasting impact for the client. Working to tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment, your duties will include:
* Day to day project management and coordination of activity for the project team
* Conducting and collating research and gathering creative stimulus
* Working alongside Event Producers for large scale events
* Building strong relationships both internally and externally
* Overseeing budgets for each project
* Project and team administration including managing the team diary and travel
* Supporting strategic internal initiatives
* UK and worldwide travel
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Experience of project management within a similar people focused environment
* A degree (or equivalent)
* The ability to work at pace and with accuracy in an incredibly busy role
* A creative mind and love of innovation
* MS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign an advantage
* A proven background managing people centric projects or events
This hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week is based in a hard-working, intellectually creative and dynamic environment. You must be happy with occasional travel and will need to work outside standard office hours as the business requires.
