Repairs Coordinator Gravesend | £25,000 - £27,000 + Discretionary Bonus | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in customer returns and stock management? If so, this Returns Administrator role could be a great fit for you.About the RoleAs a Returns Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer returns process efficiently and accurately. Working closely with Customer Services, Warranty, and Warehouse teams, you’ll ensure returned products are processed correctly and in a timely manner. This role also involves investigating discrepancies, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.Key Responsibilities
* Processing and inspecting returned products
* Ensuring returns meet warranty and company policies
* Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
* Managing stock control, scrapping processes, and quarantined items
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve returns handling
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in a customer returns, stock control, or warehouse role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Experience using warehouse management systems and Excel
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and customers
* A proactive and driven approach to work
