Bank Domestic Assistant
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Working Hours: Bank – as/when required
Location: Trenewydd
We are looking for a caring, friendly and compassionate individual to join our domestic team in Trenewydd, providing support and assistance to residents in a nursing, dementia and residential home setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to residents and their care.
- Communicate and engage effectively with residents, families and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal and working relationship skills.
- Work independently without direct supervision, using own initiative.
- Use a variety of cleaning products, paying careful attention to COSHH regulated products.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home at all times.
Qualifications
- No previous experience in the field is required.
- No formal qualifications required – we provide full training and a leadership programme to support development and progression.
