MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR x 2 SOUTHAMPTON Our Estimating & Proposals team is expanding and we have a requirement for two Estimators with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our Head Office based team in Southampton. Our Estimators primary focus is to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, together with the preparation of the necessary technical and commercial submission documentation for a wide variety of M&E Engineering projects throughout the UK and overseas. We are keen to receive applications from applicants with a background in Mechanical or Electrical estimating or perhaps currently working in a Mechanical or Electrical Project Management / Contracts Management role, with some exposure of working as part of a bid team and with an interest in moving into an estimating position. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Preparing multi-discipline proposals for the process, water and waste sector, as well as the energy sector Programming of own workload within a small team with an emphasis on deadline driven priorities Read and fully understand client specifications and drawings and documentation required for formal submissions
