About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and commercially aware Estimator to support the tendering of our roofing & cladding projects.
In this role, you will take responsibility for pricing works from initial enquiry through to tender submission, working across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
In this role, you will:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and site information
* Price works including:
* Metal profile sheeting
* Built-up and composite systems
* Overcladding projects
* Strip and re-sheet works
* Carry out material take-offs and labour pricing
* Engage with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain accurate quotations
* Typical Manufacturers: Kingspan, Tata, Euroclad, CA Group
* Attend site visits where required to assess and measure works
* Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the tender process
* Assist in providing clear handovers to the Projects Team
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in roofing & cladding estimating (commercial/industrial)
* Strong knowledge of metal sheeting systems and associated works
* Experience pricing refurbishment projects (overcladding / re-sheeting preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Commercially aware, organised, and able to manage multiple tenders
* Confident communicator, capable of dealing with suppliers and clients

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (Flexibility can be discussed)
Work Location: Can be either Milton Keynes or Canvey Island Offices (with occasional remote working)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
