Team Overview
The Production team oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all manufacturing and assembly activities within our fabrication facilities. They ensure that bespoke mechanical and electrical components are produced efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and delivered on schedule. By maintaining streamlined workflows and close collaboration with design and project teams, the Production department plays a key role in supporting timely and successful project delivery.

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

What You'll Be Doing
The role involves developing, maintaining, and communicating production schedules based on forecasts, inventory targets, and customer demands while coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and business development teams to ensure material and capacity availability. It includes monitoring production progress, analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, and adjusting plans to address delays or issues. The position ensures alignment between production and material availability, maintains accurate records and systems for tracking metrics, and prepares reports on performance, capacity, and delivery timelines. Additionally, it focuses on optimizing resource allocation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and requires strong knowledge of production workflows, inventory control, and supply‑chain management.
