Kent Property Cleaning Ltd is a professional exterior cleaning company specialising in roof cleaning, pressure washing, and commercial building cleaning across Kent and the South East. With a growing reputation for reliability and high standards, we are now looking for an experienced operative to strengthen our team.
The Role
As an Experienced Exterior Cleaning Operative, you'll be responsible for:
Carrying out roof cleaning, moss removal, and biocide treatments
Pressure washing driveways, patios, car parks, cladding, and other exterior surfaces
Operating pressure washers and related cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Driving company vans (LWB) to and from sites
Working independently on smaller jobs, or as part of a two-man team on larger projects
Ensuring health & safety is followed, especially when working at height
Delivering a professional service to both residential and commercial clients
This role involves early starts, long days, and occasional working away on larger commercial contracts.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for someone who can step into the role with relevant hands-on experience:
Proven experience in exterior cleaning, roof cleaning, or pressure washing (essential)
Comfortable using pressure washers and exterior cleaning equipment
Full UK driving licence with no points (essential)
Own car to get to the Sittingbourne unit each day
Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
Health & Safety aware, with experience of working at height (IPAF or similar certification a bonus)
Polite, professional, and able to deal with customers on-site
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently when required
