Administrator | Office Based | Leeds | Permanent

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and happiest when you’re keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? I am working with a client in North Leeds who are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to become the backbone of our growing business. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, support field teams, and help keep systems, records and processes accurate and up to date. What you’ll be doingCustomer & Team Support

* Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries professionally.
* Arranging service calls and supporting day-to-day operations
* Liaising with suppliers, placing orders and checking deliveries
* Supporting staff with queries and keeping communication flowing
* Sending texts and reminders to support daily routines
* Chasing subcontractors for reports

Administration & Reporting

* Maintaining digital and paper filing systems
* Producing reports and assisting with end-of-year and start-of-year tasks
* Printing reports, preparing folder inserts and assembling folders
* Archiving files and managing records for terminated contracts

IT & Systems Administration

* Supporting the admin side of the training system
* Uploading certificates to the website
* Maintaining accurate data across systems

CRM (Buddy) Management

* Checking information for accuracy and supporting field staff with correct data entries.
* Keeping client details up to date
* Entering new contracts and processing updates

Operations & Logistics

* Booking hotels for staff
* Managing annual price increases, updating the database and producing client letters
* Ordering office supplies, fly killers and other products
* Maintaining order books, tracking order numbers and checking deliveries

What we’re looking for

* Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
* Confident communication skills (phone, email and internal support)
* Comfortable using IT systems and databases
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
