Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role?
One of our lovely and welcoming mainstream primary schools in Christchurch is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who requires additional support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and nurturing school environment.
The Role:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Working 1:1 with a child with Special Educational Needs
* Providing tailored academic and emotional support
* Collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning experience
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
* Be patient, resilient and nurturing in their approach
* Be confident adapting learning to meet individual needs
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be committed to supporting the child’s development and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
