Answer incoming calls and emails, responding to customer queries in a timely manner. * Process sales orders accurately and efficiently * Manage and follow up on customer and sales inquiries * Prepare and issue sales invoices and documentation * Provide administrative support to the sales team * Assist in maintaining good customer relationships through timely support * Perform general office tasks such as filing, emailing, and scanning * Proving support to other department as required
