Our client is a leading global Tailor:Made production and supply business based just outside of Biggleswade. Due to a recent internal move they are looking for a replacement within their financial operations team, they are currently transitioning from a manual payroll process to a digital process so this prior knowledge would be beneficial but not needed to be successful.
Main responsibilities:
Payroll processing
* Submitting info to Payroll Bureau, HMRC, Pensions provider
* Calculate holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, benefit in kind, EV salary sacrifice and other wage:related adjustments.
* Support HR functions
* Ensure accurate life assurance submissions
Finance Support
* Reconciling payroll and bank accounts
* Support month end reporting
* Prepare departmental budgets
We are looking to hear from candidates who have worked within a Production, Manufacturing or Industrial environment previously. You need to have knowlegde of UK Payroll legislation and ideally you would be CIPP/AAT Qualified or working towards the qualification.
