Key Activities will include: Strategy & Planning Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals. Balance brand-building with performance marketing to drive both awareness growth and sales generation. Identify opportunities to position the company as the go-to across sectors and regions.Campaign Development & Delivery Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, trade and PR. Collaborate with the current marketing team and external agency partners to amplify stories and product launches. Work with product teams to shape compelling go-to-market strategies.Insight & Measurement Use customer, market, and competitor insight to inform decisions.
