Overview
We’re looking for smart meter engineers with a track record of safety and customer excellence. You’ll be representing our brands in customers’ homes, so you’ll need to be happy talking to customers and performing the installation itself. You’ll be fitting meters, showing customers how their meter and in-home display work, how it can help them save energy, and answering questions about the green energy revolution we are leading.
As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, you’ll have support from an office team with the same performance goals and the backing of Octopus Energy’s technology, enabling a focus on delivering excellent service with less admin time.
Average location references and recruitment flow are part of our process. If successful in our eligibility questions, you’ll be invited to join us at our in-person recruitment event and complete a practical trade test and interview with an Area Manager to learn more about life as a Smart Meter Engineer with Octopus.
