Overall view of Key London accounts, ensuring joint business plans are in place driving long-term partnerships and profitable growth.Implement and execute the planning, forecasting and management of the Branch’s sales budget. Ensure this is delivered within budget.Manage the performance and personal development of Business Development Managers including technical skills and relationship management.Responsible for engagement and support to hubs within AXA to ensure ‘One AXA’ approach. Experience of analysing data, business and financial planning. Ability to review and interpret data and adjust plans accordingly.Good level of technical expertise across commercial insurance and a high level of decision-making ability.Knowledge of underwriting & risk management.
