Hours: Full-time or Part-time

A well-established primary care environment in Stafford is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join the clinical team. This role is ideal for a GP who values high-quality patient care, continuity, and a supportive multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care across face‑to‑face and remote consultations
* Manage a mixed caseload of acute presentations, chronic disease reviews, and health checks
* Support QOF delivery and contribute to practice targets
* Undertake safeguarding responsibilities within scope of practice
* Collaborate with nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, and wider MDT
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
* Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to service improvement
Essential Requirements
* GMC‑registered GP with licence to practise
* Strong communication and decision‑making skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centred practice
* Reliable, organised, and confident in managing clinical workload
