YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
Line management of production management apprentices and PMAs Managing commissioning workflows, ensuring timely delivery of budgets; monthly business reporting and greenlight packs Collaborating with Senior Editorial to track and maintain staffing rotas Managing and forecasting budgets across multiple productions Supporting production teams with logistical and operational needs
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Criteria Proven experience managing and forecasting production budgets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with BBC systems Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Excel Experience supporting production teams on foreign deployments Desired but Not Essential Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Understanding of greenlight and commissioning processes Some HR and line management experience
